Union Public Service Commission was conducted exam for Indian Economic Service (IES) and Indian Statistical Service (ISS) exam on 01/12/2012 on various centers. Lots of Eligible candidates were applied for I.E.S./I.S.S posts.
IES/ISS Exam was held for various vacancies including 31 vacancies of Indian Economic Service and 29 vacancies of Indian Statistical Service. Educational qualification of candidates were for IES Postgraduate degree in Economics/Applied Economics/Business Economics/Econometrics and for ISS Post-Graduate degree in Statistics/Mathematical Statistics/Applied Statistics from recognized university. The exam was also held for Geologists.
